Rodella Family welcomes guests in their country Umbria hotel in two suites each with its own entrance onto the garden, and six double rooms.
Every kind of room is also customized with wrought iron beds, curtains and artistic ceramics of Deruta, worldwide famous town for its handmade pottery. Services are private bathroom with hair dryer, safe, minibar, TV, telephone, free Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning, linen in the room and daily cleaning.
Swimming pool in the garden is opened from May to September and is for the exclusive use of the guests of the house. It is available from 8:00 am until 8:00 pm. Available for free to all our guests the solarium area with sunbeds, deck chairs, sunshades and pool towels.
Available on reservation relaxing massages and the exclusive entrance to the KlaYmai SPA, open every day from 09:00 am to 9:00 pm for €60 per person ( €100 per couple ) with exclusive use for 90 minutes.

Rates are per room per day with breakfast included. Half Board supplement (Only for direct bookings): €45 per person per day. Half-board is applicable for minimum 3 nights stay and for the duration of the entire stay, and includes buffet breakfast, two courses and dessert for lunch or dinner from a la carte menu (beverages not included). On Monday since our restaurant will be closed, it will be required the rate for only the room.
KlaYmai SPA entrance fee with bathrobe and slippers set included, private use for 90 minutes and herbal tea service €60 per person ( €100 per couple ). Jacuzzi KlaYmai SPA is available every day, on reservation, from 09:00 am to 08:00 pm and it is exclusively for the guests of the hotel. Massage service available on reservation.
Children and Supplements – Children under 2 years stay free of charge when staying in bed with parents; Children older than 2 years pay €10 per day, sleeping in bed with parents; Extra bed supplement €30 per person per day; Baby cot (0 – 2 years) €10 per day;
Cancellations up to 7 days (15 days in August) before date of arrival will not be charged; –Cancellations made within 7 days (15 days in August) before the date of arrival and the missed arrival (No show) will be charged for the entire amount; –The total amount will be charged at any time in case of advanced payment reservations; –For special events or festivities and on August different conditions may be applied.

Hilltop position of L’Antico Forziere also encourages pleasant walks in the surrounding valley, mountain bike itineraries and horseback riding. Rafting and hydrospeed, in the nearby Valnerina, give strong emotions.
